Revisit in an innovative way the founding values of the great artisanal tradition of cheese with holes.
A multidisciplinary exhibition promoted by Emmentaler - Switzerland Cheese Marketing Italia, curated by Massimo Randone, created to tell, through the work of artists, designers and poets, the multiple relationships between product identity, artisanal know-how and Swiss nature. The exhibition, in Milan, is the result of a selection activity on a body of works - collected through an international application - of more than 450 projects from more than 55 countries. Limiteazero was tasked with illustrating this wide variety of proposals through a dynamic data visualization presented in the exhibition premises as a large projection. The contribution was divided into scenes where animations alternate with aggregated data, with other moments in which we went into detail about each national representation; this detail of the information was made possible thanks to software created ad hoc.
