Annual Meeting is an international event held in Florence in the context of the Leopolda Station organized by Baker Hughes to illustrate its services, products and the latest technologies in the gas and oil industry to a very high profile audience. IES and Micromegas, a leading company in the design and production of major corporate events, asked us to design and implement a system that could involve all stakeholders in welcoming the group's new brand identity. We thus designed a real-time interactive survey system consisting of a series of stations distributed in the location where each invitee, after swiping their badge, could express feedback on company values and their vision of the future respectively by selecting keywords and writing a short message; the data entered were displayed in a semi-immersive multimedia environment. The sentence written by the participants was then printed just in time on canvas tote bags, a notification informing visitors to go and receive the giveaway at the appropriate desk. The experience ended with a large video projection with a series of animated data visualizations on the data of the participants in the meeting.
