Every year Contactlab organizes a conference on the issues of digital innovation for its network of customers, partners and prospects. In 2018, under the title Engagement Intelligence with a Human Touch, a major event took place at the Teatro Franco Parenti in Milan, characterized by interventions focused on how big data and artificial intelligence are retracing the new frontiers of marketing. In this context, Limiteazero has designed and built a sophisticated system for visualizing the community of ContactLab stakeholders present at the event: at the entrance, the participants, presenting an invitation, are accredited to the event, this action is immediately represented by the system with the entry of an icon in an interactive timeline installed at the entrance. The graphic objects displayed, through a system of colored concentric circles, represent the invitee's work profile: level, department and sector. Finally, a dotted line communicates if you have visited your profile, accessible through a QR code included in the invitation: these data, displayed through a web app, tell about your level of digital engagement, making the communication potential of Contactlab tools easily perceptible.
Accessing the central room of the event, a double video wall illustrates the participants' data, grouping them in real time into clusters; these visualizations alternate with a dynamic timeline that tells the story of digital engagement of a typical customer. In an adjoining area we find an interactive installation that uses the same icon system already described to create dynamic portraits of the guests. Finally, the real-time visualizations of the clusters were used during the presentation by Massimo Fubini, CEO of Contactlab.
