Fattorie Cremona (formerly PLAC) is the cooperative in the province of Cremona, with 85 years of history and a network of 90 members, capable of collecting 150 million liters of milk per year, making it one of the first Italian producers of Grana Padano and Provolone. To celebrate the history and importance of this reality, a 400-square-meter multimedia educational itinerary has been created inside the new store, which enriches the Cremona production plant. Information panels, infographics, photographs and old work tools are integrated with interactive exhibits for in-depth analysis on the topics of the composition of dairy products, nutritional values and recommended recipes to make the best use of them. You can also enter a real aging warehouse, on a small scale, and a screening room where you can watch the production of quality cheeses up close.
An interactive game tells about dairy production techniques in a simple and fun way, relying on the communication mechanics of edutainment.
